We have been hosting guests through Airbnb and VRBO for the past ten years. Over time, many guests who enjoyed their stay started booking directly with us for return visits. They appreciate the opportunity to build a relationship and get personalized service by booking directly, saving 20-30% in platform fees.
As travel costs rise, booking directly with local hosts helps keep local tourism affordable. Our family strives to make every guest feel at home and ensure a positive experience. As fellow travellers and devout believers, we count it our duty to make our customers happy.
When you book online you will receive the same level of communication and more that you would receive through the various platforms.
Renting Out
What’s included in your stay? All you need to bring is your personal items and toiletries – we’ll provide everything else to make your stay comfortable! You’ll find bed linens, pillows, towels, hand towels, hand soap and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Enjoy complimentary K-cups for the Keurig and regular coffee maker. The fully stocked kitchen has dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, and dish soap and dishwasher detergent.
We provide ample propane fuel for the barbecue. Additional amenities include a dry sauna and karaoke machine – please note these may not be guaranteed if left unusable by a previous guest. Each stay includes at least 2 parking permits. We also offer concierge services upon request to customize your stay, including extra housekeeping, personal chef, grocery delivery, flowers, and more – just inquire when booking!
Cancellation/Refund
We strive to make all reservations firm for both guests and ourselves. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may lead to cancellations. Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival may result in loss of payment, but we will make reasonable efforts to rebook the stay and provide a partial or full refund; rebooking cannot be guaranteed.
Minimum Age
To maintain our property standards and meet the expectations of our target clientele, guests must be at least 25 years of age. Although we wish we could accommodate all ages, experience has shown that limiting rentals to post-college adults helps uphold our vacation rental’s atmosphere.
Professional Cleaning
As Super Hosts, we are passionate about providing an exceptionally clean space for each guest. Our professional cleaning crew meticulously cleans the entire home following strict health, safety, and sanitization guidelines. High-touch surfaces are disinfected, linens are freshly laundered, and we allow ample time between guests for a thorough 4-hour person deep clean.
We kindly ask that guests help us maintain this high standard of cleanliness by loading the dishwasher, taking out garbage and recycling at checkout, and leaving the home as they found it. Our shared commitment to cleanliness ensures every guest can fully relax and enjoy their stay.
